RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE SOCIETY

4. Aims & Objectives:
A.Education:-
a. To establish Education Institute to provide primary Education for Minority, SC, ST, SC Children among community.
b. To establish educational institute to provide middle level/secondary level education to school dropout’s street children and child labours etc.
c. To establish institute for providing Technical Education to youths avail necessary Education.
d. To provide various Vocational Education to youths to earn for their sound livelihood. e. To establish Hostel accommodation to provide shelter for students of various backward community and especially for girls students up to Secondary level.
B. Child Welfare:-
a. To establish bhawan, Home etc. for rescue and rehabilitation of orphans and destitute children among community
b. To establish recreation centre development of children.
c. To establish helpline centre for deserted/destitute children.
d. To establish institute for providing necessary help to poor & destitute children among community. e. To establish Institute for providing general education to children for their competency development.
C. Rural Development:-
a. To aware community for their endeavouring in the cause of Rural Development in various sector.
b. To encourage community to keep themselves in clean environment.
c. To encourage community to maintain the Roads and Drainage in their living places.
d. To aware community not to gather garbage’s in their living places.
e. To aware community to use pure drinking water.
D. Health:-
a) To organise Health camp etc. to provide Health services to community in the rural remote areas.
b) To organise Awareness Activity among community to be aware of various epidemic etc.
c) To participate in implementation of all Health related activity as organise by Govt. Authority from time to time.
d) To provide Health services to community during natural calamities like food, earthquake storm etc.
e) To provide Nutrition to children and pregnant women etc. beyond capacity
E. Science & Technology:-
a) To establish institute to provide education on science and technology.
b) To aware community to utilize the benefits of science and technology. c) To organise Exhibition / Science fare etc. to demonstrate the ways of Science and Technology
d) To work for development of Science and Technology.
e) To publish journals/booklets etc. to make community on development of Science and Technology
F. Art & Culture:-
a) To establish institute for practise of the Arts and culture.
b) To provide training on various Arts and Culture.
c) To organise workshop etc. on development of various Arts and Culture.
G. Environment:-
a. To establish Institution to provide environment education to community.
b. To encourage community to keep environment clean and green.
c. To organise Seminar/Exhibition/Group discussions etc. on the development of environment.
d. To publish Books/Journals/Booklets etc. to aware community on environment issues. e. To organise competition among students on the topics of environment.
H. Women Welfare:-
a. To provide all sorts welfare services to women among communities.
b. To extend helpful hand deserted and destitute women in the Society.
c. To work for the empowerment of women for their all-round development. d. To provide financial help to needy women for their rescued Rehabilitation.
e. To establish institute to provide various knowledge and techniques for economic development of women.
I. Agriculture:-
a. To establish institute for providing training on Agricultural issues.
b. To organise workshop/seminar for encouraging the youth for Agrodevelopment. c. To establish Agro-based Farming for production of Agri crops.
d. To organise spot base training for community in Agri-seectors.
e. To create marketing for Agro-based productivity.
J. Sports:-
a. To promote and work for all round development of games and sports among the youth, especially that of indigenous games and sports.
b. To promote and encourage physical fitness, yoga, meditation and moral education to the children, youth and women for the development of good health, good character and to build up a strong, healthy, discipline nation as well as to develop the sportsman spirit among the youth of the society.
c. To arrange various games and sports like cricket, football, hockey, badminton, volleyball etc. in the area amongst the students and youth f the localities.
To make donation to public charitable trusts, institution recognize under section 12-A/80/G Income Tax Act, 1961. The society is a voluntary organization and for charitable purpose only.
No property either case or kinds will be divided among the members of the society. All the resources will be utilized for to attain the objects of the society.
5. Membership:-
a. Qualification to become a member: Membership will be open for all those who desire to be a member, if he/she is ordinarily a resident of our operation area, mentally sound, social and a citizen of India b. Subscription, donation etc. All members will pay some amount of money time to time as membership fee or a subscription as fixed by general meeting.
c. Collection of fund: The fund of the society will be collected from the subscription of members, donation from well-wishers, grants from govt. or any other organisation from its own procedure d. Control of Fund: The fund of the society will be controlled by opening a bank account in any Nationalised Bank in the name of the society and the said account will be operated with the joint signature of the president and the secretary of the society.
6. Procedure of General Meeting: The general meeting will be held at least once in a year.
7. Quorum of the General Meeting: In presence of 2/3d members of the total members, the quorum of the general meeting will be formed.
8. Election Procedure of the Executive Body: The executive body will be elected in a democratic procedure in any general meeting amongst the members of the society.
9. Short Description of the Executive Body: The executive body is primarily consisting of 5 (five) members. There shall be one President, one Secretary and three other executive members.
10. The Terms of the Executive Body: Normally the terms of the executive body will be 3 (three) years which may be extended as and required, or if require in due course of time.
11. Procedure for the Re-Election of the Members of Executive Body: If necessary to re-election will be held according to the election procedure.
12. Procedure for the meeting of the executive body: The executive body meeting will be held at least once in every 3 (three) months i.e. quarterly for the smooth functioning and upliftment of the society. 13. Quorum of the meeting of the executive body: To form the quorum of the executive body meeting at least 2/3 of members of the total executive body members must be present.
14. Expulsion for undesirable members: By decision taken 2/3 of members of the executive body present in the meeting of the executive body undesirable members will be expelled from the society.
15. Auditor: Three or one qualified auditor will be appointed by the executive body who shall audit the accounts of the society at least once in a year and the annual audit report will be submitted to the registrar of centre regularly
16. Legal procedure: According to the provisions laid down in section 6 of the Societies Registration Act.21 of 1860 the centre may use or may be used in the name of the President or Secretary of the centre.
17. Dissolution: If necessary the centre may dissolve the properties laid down in the section 13 and 14 of the Societies Registration Act.21 of 1860.
